Tea is like wine. The quality and flavor of tea varies from hillside to hillside and from region to region. Although all tea comes from the camellia sinensis bush, the flavor varies dramatically by region and especially by country. At two leaves and a bud, we only use the finest teas, grown in single geographic regions, using traditional growing methods. (We never blend with less expensive "filler" teas!) We travel the world and only select the finest gardens bringing you "a better cuppa' tea".
